It's a spiral galaxy and located in the ORI sector of the known universe!
The Beta Galaxy was created on October 2, 2011. Before it got its name, it was known as...Galaxy 1! Shortly after in 2012 it was renamed to the Laguna Galaxy and it was the only galaxy in the Cinnaverse until late 2013. In 2015 it got the name Beta Galaxy and its remained that way since!
The Beta Galaxy in earlier concepts had only 6 planets instead of the amount it has now. These planets were Azmorfa, Ma'riine, Iluna, Gouloon, Techchia, and Prestoria.
