Planet Etolia is a planet in the Entrai System of the Alta Galaxy. It's home to the oldest known sapient species, the Novins. Its inhabitants and cultures existed long before most societies came to be and is theorized to be the first ever planet that had a thriving society.
Its inhabitants have been close with the deities since the very beginning. In ancient times, monuments, temples, and altars were built in appreciation of the deities. Most have been destroyed due to time, but some are still standing.
Etolia orbits a star the Novins have called "Vix", as a reference to NEBYX. Its moons, Xi, Xual, and Va, are a reference to the name of the deities that the Novins have worshipped for eons.
According to its archives, planet Etolia has existed for around 14 billion years, since the beginning of the universe. Before it got the name "Etolia", it was known as "the star".
Etolia was once the home of the Astra Guardians, a group that inhabited Etolia, protecting the planet from an entity known as the Corruption that terrorized and plauged their planet for many, many years until it was defeated. Many of the known guardians have long since passed away, but there are many publications that tell their stories in libraries along with many statues dedicated to them.
YTELL CONTINENT
Ytell is a continent that's home to some of the oldest cities to date. These cities have been around forever, some names shifted and changed, and some have stayed intact!
LONOX
The Lonox region is mostly a flat valley that seemingly stretches forever. At its northeast edge, it borders another continent with a mountain range that's home to the largest mountain on the planet: Mt. Vix.
Enoqi
Enoqi is one of the oldest cities in Lonox, its history dating back billions and billions of years.
It's situated in the valley, very close to Mt. Vix. It's home to the Celestial Sanctuary and the Temple of the Stars.
Celestial Sanctuary
The Celestial Sanctuary is a building that has been around for as long as the city of Enoqi itself! Situated on top of dense clouds, it was and still a popular location for Novins and visitors alike!
Temple of the Stars
The Temple of the Stars is a quiet temple that houses the altars of Avaci, Etoile, and Nova. It's a place where Novins have entered to pray or to leave offerings out of appreciation. It's connected to the sanctuary by the Starlight Bridge.

The Novin calendar uses seasons instead of months. There are 5 seasons and each season is comparable to 2~5 months on Ubo. The seasons are named Light, Giving, Stars, and Dreams.
- Season of Light is the first season at the start of the orbit cycle and lasts ~2 months on Ubo.
- Season of Giving (~3 months on Ubo)
- Season of Stars is the longest season and lasts ~5 months on Ubo. The Star Festival is held during the near end of the season.
- Season of Dreams is about ~2 months on Ubo and is the quietest and coldest season.
The common language on Etolia is "Etolian". Galax is also present as well, but not as commonly spoken.
